Designed by Ilonggo architect William Coscolluela, the building carries Iloilo’s culture into its design. Its exterior fins are inspired by the Paraw sailboats of the annual Paraw Regatta Festival, while the glass walls feature abstract patterns inspired by the Dinagyang Festival.
ICON is built for large gatherings, with a main hall for major sessions and additional rooms for smaller tracks, workshops, and breakout discussions.
