This is not a hype talk, and not a prompt engineering session. I work at Human Made on Altis Cloud, an enterprise WordPress hosting platform. I want to talk about what actually changed when AI became part of day-to-day work across the company. Which tasks got faster. Which mistakes became easier to make. How team dynamics changed. And which parts of the work still needed taste, judgment, and experience.

I also want to make the case that ownership and accountability cannot be deferred to a computer. AI can help produce output, but it cannot own consequences. Someone still has to decide what gets shipped and who is responsible when things go wrong.
