Program
Oneal has been a WordPress user since 2007 — a journey that began, as any true fan might expect, through his love of Star Wars. He currently works as a Project Manager, Agile Coach, and IT Trainer, and manages WordPress sites for family, not-for-profit groups, and charity organizations. Within the WordPress community, he volunteers as a WP Training Team Faculty Admin, supports DEIB initiatives, and serves as a co-facilitator of the #WPDiversity Diverse Speaker Training online workshops, a role he has held since 2020 when he began helping run sessions outside the AMER/EMEA regions. He is also a Community Program Support contributor. Beyond the keyboard, Oneal suits up in Stormtrooper armor for charity events, fundraising drives, and children’s hospital visits — proving that the Force is always strongest when used for good. He is also serving as Global Lead Organizer for WordCamp Asia 2027.
