The room rate includes buffet breakfast at The Granary, wireless internet access, daily replenished bottled water, and complimentary use of the gym and swimming pool. The rate is inclusive of prevailing government taxes and will be available two (2) days before and two (2) days after the official event period.
The special room rate is applicable only for stays from August 26 to 30, 2026. The booking period to avail of the promo rates is until July 26, 2026. Reservations made after this date will no longer be eligible for the promotional offer and will be subject to regular rates and room availability.

Terms & Hotel Policies
- All rooms are non-smoking thus a cleaning fee/charge amounting to PhP10,000nett shall be applied for smoking inside the guestrooms or any areas of the hotel.
- Other charges such as room service, pressing, laundry and etc. shall be on personal account of guest payable in cash/card basis upon delivery of service or consumption of food.
- An incidental deposit upon check-in is encouraged.
Confirmation & Billing Terms
- To guarantee the accommodation, the hotel requires full payment of the reservation.
- Any payment made by the CLIENT to the HOTEL is non-refundable.
- Rooms are subject to availability, as bookings will be made on an individual basis.
- For group bookings, you may coordinate it directly with the sales in charge at your earliest convenience to secure the rooms.
