The famous Dinagyang festival is also incorporated in the design, seen through the stencils of warriors on ICON\u2019s glass panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is true what our tourism slogan says: Iloilo is where the past is always present.
