Local NGOs and volunteer groups often operate in data silos, hindering rapid coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bThis talk explores how to solve this by treating WordPress not just as a website, but as a critical edge node in a national civic network. Using Dasig.org as a case study, I will share the &#8220;General Contractor&#8221; framework, showing how developers and non-technical founders alike can use AI tools like Cursor, Openclaw, Claude Code to architect mission-critical platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bWe will introduce the vision for a &#8220;Civic FHIR&#8221;\u2014an open-source, interoperable data standard designed to unify the Philippine civic space.
