WordCamp Philippines 2012 is a unique opportunity for companies, businesses or individuals to recognize the value of the burgeoning WordPress and blogging community of the Philippines. Sadly, events like WordCamp costs money to run successfully. Suffice to say that these sponsorships are money spent strictly and wisely; any excess will be donated to charity or used in conducting free blogging-related workshops. Additional Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lunch Sponsor<\/strong> \u2013 P50,000 or in kind with category exclusivity ($1,100)
\nWe will be serving lunch to our participants, organizers, and volunteers. Sponsorship of lunch is equivalent to a Silver Sponsorship.<\/p>\n

Snacks Sponsor<\/strong> \u2013 P25,000 or in kind with category exclusivity ($550)
\nWe will be serving snacks and free flowing coffee and water for our participants, organizers, and volunteers for the morning and for the afternoon. Sponsorship of snacks is equivalent to a Bronze Sponsorship.<\/p>\n

WiFi Access<\/strong> – In kind
\nWe need four access points for the event. This sponsorship can be considered as partial payment in kind deductible from the sponsorship package chosen by the sponsor.<\/p>\n

Shirt Sponsor<\/strong> \u2013 P50,000 or in kind ($1,100)
\nWe will be distributing shirts to our participants. The logo, name, and URL of the shirt sponsor will be printed at the upper back portion of the shirts.<\/p>\n

Media Sponsor<\/strong> \u2013 In Kind
\nWordCamp Philippines 2010 and Avatar Media will need coverage before, during, and after the event. Coverage should be done in collaboration with the Marketing Team of the event. This should be equivalent to a Silver or Bronze Sponsorship depending on the coverage.<\/p>\n

Speakers & Volunteers Dinner<\/strong> \u2013 P25,000 ($550)
\nThe night right after WordCamp, you may host or sponsor a dinner for the Organizers, Speakers, Volunteers and other VIP. Sponsorship of dinner is equivalent to a Small Business Sponsorship.<\/p>\n

Air Fare Sponsor<\/strong> \u2013 In Kind with with category exclusivity
\nWe will be flying in some organizers and speakers from other parts of the Philippines. This should be equivalent to Silver Sponsorship.<\/p>\n

Accommodations Sponsors<\/strong> – In kind
\nThe organizers need accommodations for eight persons for three days and four nights. This should be equivalent to a Bronze or Silver Sponsorship depending on the sponsors\u2019 rates.<\/p>\n
